FABRIC EXPRESSIONS, the Quilt Shop

In 1994 Toni and Juanita opened Fabric Expressions Quilt Shoppe specializing in home-spuns, plaids, and country fabrics. Alison Dale bought the store in January of 2007, she has kept homespun country fabrics, civil war reproductions, and has as also added new brighter fabrics.

As of November 2019 we are an Online Quilt Shop.

FABRIC EXPRESSIONS, the Pattern Company

Fabric Expressions patterns have been in publication for 20 years. Over 60 patterns have been published. Toni and Juanita have also authored several books. Their first book was T.L.C., Tender Loving Covers. This book offered template free piecing for making quilts for young adults. This book went into a second printing in less than a year. They then self-published Quilt*A*Saurus, a book of dinosaur quilts and dino facts. The book was intended to be given to the child along with the quilt. They would be able to read facts about the dinos on their quilt and color illustrations also. Primitive Shapes was the next book which is now out of print. July 1998 has brought Warm Fuzzies, quilts to give with love. Six projects ranging in size from baby quilts to queen size quilts are included. These quilts were designed to give to special people...babies, young adults off to college, family, and friends. Next they published One Block Says It All and Four Blocks Say more. Both were books featuring 60" centers and 6 different borders to be added to make 96" bed size quilts. They have also published, Quick Quilts For Happy Meals, and Baskets, Baskets, Fruits & Flowers which is a detailed applique book.
